A remeshing approach for the finite cell method applied to problems with large deformations

چکیده
The finite cell method (FCM) is based on an immersed boundary concept with high-order elements. When solving nonlinear problems using the FCM, it often difficult to reach desired load step because of large distortion mesh, particularly when badly broken cells are existing in mesh. To overcome this problem, a global remeshing strategy proposed allow computation proceed even for very deformations where becomes significant. core perform up specific deformation state Then, continue analysis, new mesh introduced. performance illustrated two numerical examples hyperelasticity.
